AIHA 2013 Asia-Pacific Conference Singapore 29-31 October
The American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and the Product Stewardship Society will host the third annual Asia Pacific OH Conference + Exhibition from 29–31 October in Singapore at the Raffles City Convention Centre (RCCC). The Global Product Stewardship Council is pleased to be a Supporting Organisation for the event.
The 2013 Asia Pacific OH Conference + Exhibition is a must-attend event for any mid- or senior-level occupational health/hygiene, industrial hygiene, product stewardship and sustainability, or environmental health and safety professional who is dedicated to enhancing their careers and advancing their profession. The conference offers attendees opportunities to network and discuss the latest industry trends and findings with their peers while learning practical applications to manage occupational hygiene/environmental health and safety or product stewardship issues at the workplace.
The main conference programme will be divided into two tracks: a Stewardship & Sustainability track and a Technical Track covering a wide range of industry topics including noise, ergonomics, risk assessment, and respiratory protection. The two tracks will be bridged by a platform of sessions led by key opinion leaders representing multinational corporations as well as policy makers from around the world. On 29 October, AIHA will also offer three Professional Development Courses (PDCs) on noise control engineering, ergonomics, and product registration requirements in Asia Pacific. The full programme, session descriptions and speaker biographies can be viewed on the conference website.
