Visit websiteThe Packaging Council of South Africa (PACSA) was founded in 1984 and has been replaced by a new industry body called Packaging SA.
Packaging SA is closely associated with The Institute of Packaging South Africa (IPSA), the latter being mainly involved in the training and up-skilling of packaging professionals.
Packaging SA is a voluntary body largely made up of converters representing some 70% of the local packaging manufacturing industry. Packaging SA has a number of functions including representing industry on a variety of issues that affect it on a macro level such as governmental & environmental legislation.
